Mentoring

Once educators complete the Let Me Learn Professional Learning Process (LML PLP), they are offered the mentoring service. Mentoring is also offered to those who have completed 4 ECTS in Let Me Learn in their B.Ed course.

The aim of mentoring is to help educators in the implementation of the Let Me Learn process with their students.

Mentoring provides an opportunity for educators to reflect on their progress and resolve their difficulties/challenges in a confidential environment with their mentor.

How can your mentor help you?

You mentor can help you in a number of ways, depending on your particular needs. The following are some examples in which your mentor can help you.

  • The delivery of the awareness session with students
  • The administration and validation of Learning Connections
  • Inventories
  • Validation of LCIs
  • Creation of student profile
  • Creation of strategies
  • Giving feedback on lessons/topics in which you want to implement the Let Me Learn Process.

When making use of this service, you will not be required to leave the school premises. The mentor will make all the meetings at your own school on a one-to-one basis.
